Spray paint your frame. If you are lucky, your son will even convince you that his handle bars need a fresh coat of paint "while you are at it". :)
Cut a strip of material and roll it up so that you have a long tube of material. Then glue a piece of rick rack onto the material. Roll it into a "bud".
Finished flowers. Some with rick rack, some without. Place a button in the center of the flowers (if desired).
Finished product. It will look great in my daughter's room. It goes great with the vanity I refinished for her room last week. Wanna see the vanity? CLICK HERE.
Here it is hanging above her bed. I can't wait to see it with some super cute stick pins (hmmm, wonder what I can come up with?) and all of the pictures of her and her friends hanging on it! Fun!
The photo really doesn't do it justice! It is just so cute in person. I was going to throw it away when we moved because it had a piece of the cork torn off of it. I am so glad I didn't!

This is more than a cork board, it's art!
What a great way to spruce something up instead of throwing it out. I love the black and white! Very cute!
Saw this on The CSI Project

Here from the CSI project. So cute. I love anything black & white. Oh, and I thought I'd mention that WalMart has (yes, I said WalMart...I know, right?) Anyway, WalMart has some REALLY cute black & white pins right now. In case you decide you don't want to make some.
Now this is fabulous! Well done!
I love the fact you re-used the corkboard instead of throwing it out! The stripe of paisley ribbon with flowers really makes it unique. Great job!
Beautiful! I have a cork board that could use a re-vamp!
Gorgeous! Love it hung horizontally. Your daughter's lucky. :)
