Wordless Wednesday.

I know that this is Wordless Wednesday, but I just have to say something about this pic.  I am particularly proud of it.  Why?  This pic was taken while driving to my parents house on the freeway at 65 MPH.  I  looked out the window, saw that view,  and grabbed my camera.  I stuck my head out the window, camera in hand, and snapped that shot.  My hubby wondered what on earth I was doing.  Haha!  So glad I did!

These photos were all taken within 8 miles of my house. I absolutely LOVE this beautiful desert that I call home!

Rain.

Between building a new house and my school schedule, I haven't had much time to be creative. I did play with my camera today as we were driving home from visiting our house.

Some of my favorite pictures are where I focused on the raindrops on the windshield and blurred out the background.

Here is our visit to the ghost town. The sun was VERY bright, so it wasn't the best for pics. They still turned out pretty good. They will look better once I edit them :)
