MADE BY ME FOR MONDAY!
I SO needed some craft-therapy last week! It was a killer week for me at school. Life in general was busy even without adding school on top of it.
After my last class of the week, I headed over to the local craft store. I have been wanting to make a Valentine Wreath for several weeks now. So, I went and grabbed some stuff from the craft store to get me inspired to create one.
Here is what I bought for my inspiration pieces:
My first thought was to wrap the styrofoam wreath with the boa. Which, by the way, would have looked FABULOUS! I started and realized it would take about 4-5 of those boas to fill the entire wreath. Well, that is all fine and dandy, except for the fact that I didn't want to pay the $$$ for four more of those boas! So, on to plan B.
I didn't end up using the wood heart and I added some black and white polka dot ribbon I had in my craft room. Here is what my final project looks like. . .
I LINK UP to THESE fabulous parties and THESE fantastic blog hops! Check them out! There is a plethora of ideas to be found on these parties!!!
Just making sure my comments are working! I got an email from a few readers saying they tried to comment, and couldn't. YIKES! I think it is working now :)
